Jeff Gendron has joined NuWave Technology Partners new Grand Rapids office as a Carrier Services Practice Manager for the company’s state-wide business.
In his new position, Gendron will establish NuWave’s new Carrier Services department and manage the company’s partnerships with telephone companies—such as AT&T, Qwest and Verizon—which carry telephony and data communications.
Based in NuWave’s Grand Rapids office, Gendron will consult with business clients seeking to unify voice and data communications, then works with telephone carriers to implement these technology systems. These solutions, which reduce costs and increase operating efficiencies, may include integrating telephone communications, Internet services, and intra-office WAN networks.
Gendron brings more than 14 years experience in the information technology and telecommunications industry, previously working in a similar role with First Telecommunications in Grand Rapids.
A resident of Grand Rapids since 1990, Gendron attended Grand Valley State University.
