Need:  Replace aging network and create access from remote locations
Solution: NuWave Connect
Benefits: New upgraded network with cloud reliability and remote access

When Michigan Corn Growers Association came to us, their existing network server was aging and not meeting current business needs. They also needed to be able to access their member system while hosting their annual conference at an offsite location, and have remote access for their staff members who travel frequently.

Through a network assessment to identity their existing infrastructure and applications, and interviews of the staff members, we determined the technology needs of the organization. Our solution included building a new network hosted on the NuWave Connect infrastructure in a commercial datacenter with high availability and reliability. The client had minimal capital expense and was able to move all staff to current versions of Microsoft Server and Office products, which will be updated as new versions are available with no additional expense.

Michigan Corn Growers can now access their critical business systems from any device and any location. In addition, we were able to give them secure remote access to their HVAC and Security systems. Since members sometimes use their building during non-business hours, this gives staff the ability to provide entry, comfort control and secure the building afterward without having to be present.
